2010 Lawyers for Phil Spector appeal his ’09 murder conviction claiming he didn’t get a fair trail. Spector was sentenced to prison for 19 years to life for shooting actress Lana Clarkson at his California mansion in ‘03
2010  At a Metallica concert in Cambodia fans who could not get tickets riot outside the venue.  Police use tanks and 160 people are arrested
2011  It is announced that Donnie Steele would be replacing the late Paul Gray as  bassist for Slipknot.  Steele was a founding member of Slipknot
2013  Vince Neil cuts short a Motley Crue show in Sydney, Australia and is rushed to the hospital where he undergoes surgery to remove kidney stones
