MTV's Video Music Awards show is tonight, but of course we'll be watching The Cowboys and the Giants on NBC. Nominees of rock artist for tonight: Best Group includes Linkin Park and White Stripes. Monster Single Of The Year includes Daughtry - "Home". Most Earth-Shattering Collaboration includes U2/Green Day - "The Saints Are Coming". Quadruple Threat Of The Year includes Bono. Best Director includes Joe Hahn, who directed Linkin Park's "What I've Done". Best Editing includes Igor Kovalik, who edited Linkin Park's "What I've Done". Remember when MTV played music videos? Remember when you'd watch hours of MTV, and you liked about 70% of the videos they played? Remember when the VMA's were worth watching? For us rock fans tonight's show is a boring time guaranteed for all!!!
