1968 Jim Morrison of the Doors is arrested for vagrancy and public drunkeness
2006 Just before a concert in Orlando Eddie Hawrysch, keyboardist for the Black Crowes, parted ways with the band after an argument about some long unresolved issues
2006 An airplane carrying Chad Taylor, Patrick Dahlheimer and Adam Kowalczyk all of Live had to make an emergency landing at Chicago's O'Hare Airport. Everyone aboard was fine
2008 It is announced that Dave Buckner is no longer a member of Papa Roach
2009 Lynyrd Skynyrd keyboard player Billy Powell, who survived the 1977 plane crash that killed three band members, died in Orange Park, Florida at age 56

2003 Rod Stewart files for a divorce from Rachel Hunter. That same day Paul and Heather McCartney announce they are expecting a child
2006 The Hard Stuff by George Thorogood and the Destroyers is relesed
2010 Ronnie James Dio is laid to rest at the Hall of Liberty in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Hollywood Hills
