Oteil Burbridge of the Allman Brothers Band is injured in a motorcycle
accident. Duane Allman and bassist Berry Oakley of the band both were
killed in motorcycle accidents. Also that day the Beatles' Apple Corps
sues Apple Computer, stating that the computer company broke a 1991
agreement between the two companies of staying out of the music biz
altogether and that iTunes breaks that agreement. Apple Computers later
wins the suit
