Top 10 Rock CD's/LP's/Downloads For This Week (1-6-2011)

THE ALBUM OF THE DAY
GERRY RAFFERTY...City To City (1978)
(CD, vinyl, Allmusic Review)
As we remember Gerry Rafferty, who passed away Tuesday, we check out the most popular album of his career, City To City, which went to number 1 on the US Billboard album charts in 1978. It is a pleasant album filled with soft pop tracks, and includes the hot singles "Baker Street" and "Right Down The Line". I had never heard this album until he died, but I recommend it for all music lovers.
